RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. UNDERWEAR

Exchange of swimwear and lingerie is possible if the required size is available. Delivery is at the buyer's expense.

1.1. Exchange conditions:

  • the item is clean, without perfume scent;
  • all tags and labels are preserved;
  • swimwear and bodysuits must have the hygienic sticker on the briefs intact.

1.2. The return period for exchange is 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel.

2. CLOTHING

The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt (the day of purchase is not included), provided all of the following requirements are met:

  • the item has not been used;
  • the marketable appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
  • tags, seals, and labels are preserved;
  • a payment document is available.

3. REFUND PERIOD

3.1. Refunds are processed within up to 5 business days after the item is received at the warehouse and the return is confirmed.

4. REFUND METHOD

4.1. Funds are returned to the same account from which the payment was made.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COST

5.1. The cost of return shipping is paid by the client.

5.2. In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (inconsistency in quality or appearance of the product) — we cover the shipping costs.

6. RETURN ADDRESS

6.1. The address for sending returns is provided after agreement with the manager.

7. HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

7.1. Step 1. Contact us

Write to our manager on Telegram https://t.me/missticlingerie and inform them about your desire to arrange a return or exchange. We will check the order details and advise on the next steps. Contact phone number: +380 (99) 450 05 04.

7.2. Step 2. Fill out the application form

After contacting us, you will be provided with a return/exchange application form. Please fill it out and send it to us.

7.3. Step 3. Get the shipping address

The manager will provide the current return address.

Important: do not send the item without prior agreement, as the address may differ.

7.4. Step 4. Send the item

Send the item via delivery service and keep the waybill.

Return shipping is paid by the client.

In case of a confirmed defect or an error on our part — we pay for the delivery.

7.5. Step 5. Await decision and refund

After receiving and checking the item, we will:

  • process the exchange; or
  • issue a refund within up to 5 business days.

8. IMPORTANT

8.1. The item must be unused, with tags preserved, and in its original packaging.
