1. DELIVERY

DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

1.1. Delivery of in-stock items within Ukraine is carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" throughout the entire territory within 1–2 business days from the moment payment is received.

1.2. If the item is not in stock, manufacturing takes 2–3 weeks from the moment of payment, plus delivery — 1–2 business days throughout Ukraine.

1.3. Delivery is paid by the customer upon receipt of the order at "Nova Poshta" branch according to their tariffs.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

1.4. International delivery is paid by the customer immediately upon placing the order.

• Delivery time: depends on the destination country;
• Manufacturing: 2–3 weeks + delivery times;
• Cost: according to carrier's tariffs;
• Customs duties: may be charged according to the country's regulations;

1.5. Due to military aggression against Ukraine, delivery to Russia and Belarus is not carried out.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. For delivery within Ukraine or to other countries, you can pay for your order by bank card.

2.2. Visa and MasterCard payment cards are accepted.

2.3. When placing an order, you need to select the "Bank payment card" payment method and confirm the order. After this, you will be redirected to a secure bank page to confirm the payment.

2.4. Bank card payment services are provided by "PrivatBank".
